How much does it cost?

Ticket cost is $28 per person for people ages 10 and up and $20 for children under 10. This includes taxes and fees.  For groups of 15+ people, we do offer a $2 per person discount ($26).  We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.  You will pay in store the day of your booking.  If you would like to pay ahead of time, you can make arrangements to do so.

Do I need to reserve a time?

Yes, we are open based on bookings.  Reservations are needed to secure a booking time.  However, we do accept walk ins IF we have other bookings and an employee available.

When should I arrive? 

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your start time.  Games begin exactly at your confirmed start time.  We are unable to wait if you are late.

Will I really be locked in the room?

 You will be in a room with a door but it is NOT locked. You are free to leave at any time.

Is it scary? Is it safe?

Our rooms may have some thrilling moments, but not scary! They are also 100% Safe!

What do I have to bring with me?

Bring your  friends and your thinking cap. We will provide a coat/purse hook in each room to place your personal items. No cell phones allowed.

Do I have to sign a Waiver? 

 Yes, you will be required to sign a waiver.

How many people can play at once?

All 3 rooms vary in size and difficulty. You can have  4-12 players depending on which room you choose.

Will people be added to our group if we do not have the maximum?

It is a private booking.  Once you book, no other groups will be added to our group.

Can I add people or change my booking?

You can add or subtract people from your booking as long as you meet the minimum and do not exceed the maximum.  You pay in store so it will not effect your booking online.

Can I book during the week?

You can book a room throughout the week.  Please email us OR facebook message us with a date, time, number of people, and room you are interested in booking.

How old do I have to be to play?

Players under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a playing adult.  Children of any age are welcome to play however, we feel that children 10 years of age are able to contribute to the group.  Children under the age of 10 may find the room difficult or frustrating and may need extra assistance.
